Great location, loved the vibe of the hotel. Had our free welcome drink sat in the communal area and was nice to have such a big space to socialise or chill in! Bedroom wascomfy and we had a view of the runway - only downside was the plane noise you could hear even with the windows closed. Bit was cool to watch! Parking is managed externally but around half of the electric bays had non electric cars in (despite being plenty of space elsewhere!) and then another half of the cars not charging. Very frustrating when it’s a requirement and the reason we booked here. Would like to see that managed better

We liked the trademark funky Moxy decor, the friendly staff (they let us book into our room early) and the location. There's a bus stop right outside the front door - you catch a No.111 or 105 to get to Heathrow Bus Station - as well as a Tesco Express and places in the vicinity to get takeaways. The hotel itself has a bar, restaurant, does breakfast and sells snacks. It also has a gym. And the rooms are soundproofed, which is good given how close you are to the airport. Overall, very happy with our stay.

The minute I booked the hotel and asked few queries the staff able to replied me effectively. I have asked about the room, transportation from Heathrow Airport, halal food restaurant eyc. I booked 1 twin sharing bed and one family room! The family room has a big space and 2 big hi tech TV! It’s only 10-15 minutes to Heathrow Airport. The check in also very easy and the room was very comfy and quiet. The booking for our taxi to Heathrow also easier as we booked from the hotel kiosk.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Fab breakfast with plenty of choice. The ground floor is a great space to hang out, we loved the pool table and Photo Booth. We also made good use of the ironing room (what a neat idea!) It was reassuring to see that the car park is patrolled. Overall a fantastic stay and great value for money. Would definitely recommend!

Funky but inclusive bar/restaurant, with good self-purchase food and drink options (although the prosecco at the bar was £10.50 per 200ml as opposed to £7.90 from the self-service fridge adjacent... ).
